Photo Waiver:

I hereby give the PHILADELPHIA COUNTY DENTAL SOCIETY ("PCDS"), the absolute right and irrevocable right and permission with respect to use of my image ("the Property") captured in any 2024 Diversity Dinner Series Event photos, audio video recordings, video recordings, online photo directory, testimonials, and the like, for such purposes including but not limited to membership recruitment, future meeting announcements, program promotions, social media postings, and marketing and commercial uses approved by PCDS.
