PCDS is committed to providing all attendees, exhibitors and guests with an enriching, collegial and respectful meeting experience. PCDS asks that all meeting participants to not engage in discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive or unprofessional conduct towards others while participating in Liberty Dental Conference events. PCDS reserves the right to deny future participation of individuals found to have engaged in such activity. Please address any concerns to any available onsite staff member. The Philadelphia County Dental Society is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our 2023 Liberty Dental Conference.

Your email address and contact information will be used strictly for PCDS business and made available to all sponsors for this event, but will not be sold to any outside entity.

All data submitted via online forms in kept strictly confidential.

Photo Waiver:

I hereby give the PHILADELPHIA COUNTY DENTAL SOCIETY ("PCDS"), the absolute right and irrevocable right and permission with respect to use of my image ("the Property") captured in any 2023 Liberty Dental Conference photos, audio video recordings, video recordings, online photo directory, testimonials, and the like, for such purposes including but not limited to membership recruitment, future meeting announcements, program promotions, social media postings, and marketing and commercial uses approved by PCDS.

Registration Fees for 2023 Liberty Dental Conference are broken down into the following categories:

• PCDS Member (You are a member of the Philadelphia County Dental Society)
• ADA/PDA Member (You are not a member of the Philadelphia County Dental Society, but you are a Dentist and a member of either the PDA or ADA)
• Non-Member (You are a dentist but not affiliated with PCDS/PDA or ADA)
• Dental Team Member (You are a dental assistant, hygienist, front-desk assistant, etc.)
• Student/Resident (You are a pre-dental or dental school student or are in a dental residency program)

*2 Day (Friday & Saturday) Liberty Dental Conference Fee: $200.00
*Liberty Dental Conference Fee of $200, includes CE Credits for Friday and Saturday, Happy Hour Friday evening, as well as Breakfast and Lunch on Friday and brunch on Saturday.

**1 Day (Friday OR Saturday) Liberty Dental Conference Fee: $125.00

**Liberty Dental Conference Fee of $125, includes CE Credits for Friday OR Saturday and all food for either day.

Parking and Lodging fees are expected to be paid by all attendees.
