Tripartite Membership

The Philadelphia County Dental Society is a component society of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA). By joining the Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA), members automatically join their local district societies in their immediate practice areas and the ADA. Through this arrangement, members receive services and benefits related to organized dentistry at local/district, state and national levels. The unity the Tripartite membership produces a consistent voice across the country and at the international level. By joining together, fewer activities are duplicated; this allows each society to concentrate on providing the services it performs best and most efficiently.

Membership is composed of dentists who practice in Philadelphia. Associate Membership is available to ADA-Member dentists who practice outside of Philadelphia in the Tri-State Area.

Become an Associate Member

If you practice outside of Philadelphia in the Tri-State Area, you can still become a member of PCDS through an Associate Membership. Associate Members are invited to all PCDS Events, receive a discount on CE Courses hosted through PCDS and receive a copy of the quarterly Journal and monthly Smile Philcodent Newsletter.
